I have been selling real estate since 2006. I started as a Loan Officer in 2005. My clients loved and appreciated my work. They encouraged me to obtain my Real Estate license so I could help them to buy houses with me. My husband was already telling me that a career in Real Estate was my ideal job. I possess great people skills and I live to help others. It felt right. My mission in life was calling me.
So as soon as I earned my license, I closed transactions successfully. I negotiated these sales focused on obtaining the most favorable results for my clients. Experience helped me to discover that I had amazing negotiating skills.
I felt at home with this job. I truly love it and enjoy it every day. I feel blessed. From meeting new, wonderful people, clients, to closing a sale, always making sure to take care of every single detail, and doing my very best to keep everybody happy, this job is a huge blessing.
My Real Estate Philosophy:
I believe that a successful real estate transaction is one where everyone is pleased and satisfied with the closing. Where both buyer and seller feel they were treated fairly, respectfully, and happy with the outcome.
I see myself as a trusted advisor, who is genuinely dedicated to serve your best interest. I won't tell you what you want to hear simply to get your business. However, even though I'm not shy about offering my opinion and advice, I truly respect that you are the boss! The final decision is always yours and I will never push my agenda on you.
